Arrival in Langa under its own power at around 10 / 10.30 to the farm where the course is held. Arriving at your destination you will be met by the expert chef in her renovated farmhouse in the Piedmont countryside.
After a brief explanation, you will start your course in a simple and friendship, where you will discover the secrets of Piedmontese cuisine, cooking some of these dishes including an appetizer, first course, main course and dessert. The course lasts an average of three hours and at the end you can eat cooked dishes. In after lunch, stop at the farm to rest and to enjoy the scenery and tranquility of the countryside.
In the afternoon, we recommend:
-The Visit of the town of Bra, home of the Piedmont Baroque and rich in history, culture and culinary excellence. Walk downtown to discover the historic buildings and churches scattered through the streets of the town.
-The Visit of the city of Cherasco, known as the city of a star-shaped walls and studded with precious monuments, churches, buildings and decorative structures.
-Very interesting is also a visit to the Castle of Racconigi, Real resort surrounded by a majestic park where the Savoy family used to spend most of the holiday. Here you can admire the original furniture, the collection of portraits but also walk through the greenhouses within the park and spot the storks that nest.
